Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online returns portal.

Go to https://www.memorableitaly.com.au/pages/returns to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will receive return instructions by email. We will happily exchange your item or issue a refund for all or part of your order, subject to our returns policy.

Returned items must arrive back to us no later than 28 days from the original delivery date.

Please note: The Memorable Italy Return Tag must remain attached. Items with the Return Tag removed, detached or altered will not be accepted for change of mind returns.
